Exchange Policy

All our product(s) are thoroughly checked to ensure the product(s) you received are in good condition, before delivery is made. We are happy to exchange your purchases bought on this website, within 3 days from delivery date, should you need a change in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

Products for exchange must be in NEW condition with its original packaging intact and proof of purchase (i.e. invoice). Please email us with your request and we will be in contact with you. Local delivery charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.

Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Any further charges incurred upon the exchange of the item(s) are to be borne by the customer.

All items are not refundable. Exchange items are subject to availability.
