Delivery Policy

1. Local Postage Service

a) Singpost Normal Mail
- Item(s) that fulfill the postage requirements of Singpost, will be mailed out through Singpost normal mail at a flat fee of S$2.50 to a local (Singapore) address.

Note : Please be informed that for orders sent by Singpost Normal Mail, Little Cozyio shall not in any case be liable for any loss of package. As such, Singpost Registered Mail is highly recommended as tracking option will be available.

b) Singpost Registered Mail (Highly recommended)
- You can opt for local registered mail to a local address, charged at a flat fee of S$4.80, if the item(s) fulfill the postage requirements of Singpost.

2. Local Courier
- For delivery within Singapore island, delivery cost will be subsidized by Cozyio Toys, hence customers only need to top up a flat fee of S$5.00. This surcharge will be waived for nett purchase S$100 and above.


3. For shipment outside Singapore, we use Singpost Worldwide Courier Service for international orders and the shipping charges will be dependent on the country to ship to.  Please enquire at sales@cozyiotoys.com for rates.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

Generally for Singapore, we aim to dispatched the order(s) within 2-3 working days once payment is received. You will receive your order(s) within 2-3 working days once it is sent out.

For overseas shipment, orders will be posted out within 3working days after payment is received. The shipment leadtime will vary from country to country, thus kindly email us at sales@cozyiotoys.com for more details.
