Click on the 'Order Now' tab located on the top navigation panel. Simply fill in your order details and submit the form. Alternatively, you can email your order to at sales@cozyiotoys.com if you have trouble with the order form.

What should I do after submitting the order form ?
Kindly wait for a confirmation invoice to be sent to you in the next 48hrs. After which you should check the details of the invoice and follow instructions stated to make payment.
Do check your junk/spam folder, just in case it gets filtered in. Or email us if you do not hear from us.

How do I pay for my order ?
1. You can make payment via ATM transfer or Internet banking.

4. Please make the payment within 2 days upon receiving our email confirmation of your order. Otherwise your order will be voided and you will have to place a new order again.
5. Once payment is made, kindly email us your payment details so that we can track your payment and expedite the delivery of your order.
6. As soon as we received your payment, we will contact you within 3 days to arrange the delivery schedule for your order.

3. For International customers, we do accept payment using Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only) via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account for payment via Credit Card. For more information on PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.
