Yes, if your order is not shipped out, we are able to make changes for you. Just email us. Once your order is shipped, no changes can be made.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a nominal flat fee of S$5.00 to cover our costs of gift wrapping. Please indicate under "Other Comments" section that "Gift wrapping required".
How do I send my order as a gift?
To send your order as a gift, just check the box next to the question 'Gift for a Friend?' during the first step of the checkout process.
When an order is sent as a gift, the billing information will be hidden on the gift invoice. Since the billing information is not included in the shipment, be sure to include who the gift is from under "Other Comments" section.

We only source our products from credible and reliable suppliers. Our supplier ensures that the products meet the safety standards EN71 (Legal standard applicable to all toys sold in the European Union) and ASTM F963-08 (American Society of Testing Materials). In Singapore, toys safety is regulated by the Singapore Standards, which is aligned with the EN71 standard.

Why do I need to take care of my children’s toys?
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the toys delivered to you are of the highest standard and quality, you will still have the responsibility to carry out regular checks on the conditions of the toys which may deteriorate due to normal wear and tear. We would advise that you regularly inspect the toys to ensure that there are no cracks, wooden splinters or lose parts that could harm your child. Please contact our customer services team for suggestions on how you can maintain your toys.
